I signed an air conditioning maintenance agreement on 10/20/19 in the amount of $144/per year. This would cover 2 maintenance service calls per year. The salesman told me I could pay $12.00 per month instead of paying the $144 up front and I signed the contract. Due to Covid, no one came out during 2020 for the service calls. Finally, when I called, someone came for a service call on 10/4/21. In the meantime, the $12.00 was being deducted from my bank account since Oct. 2019. We have an older character home and have used Winnipeg supply for over 6 years now with no complaints! Our experience has always been positive and we have a number of neighbours that use them too. (We have ductless air conditioners and boilers /rad heat) Easy to schedule service, always on time, and very professional. They have helped save us money when repairing the ductless air conditioners that were put in by another company. We just are happy with their reliability.

They came to my house on two different occasions both times not fixing the problem and also using parts that where not meant for plumbing they used gas parts on my plumbing lines ( black steel Tee) which is a big no-no had to call another company to come out and fix what they had done after them coming to my house two times I didn't trust them to come back for third time.

Terrible customer service, I have been waiting since June for a replacement part for my bath tub. Was told they couldn't get the part due to it being on back order, then that they were overworked and now that they tried to call and cannot get the part at all. VERY POOR customer service and blatant lies. Kyle, is probably the biggest liar there. DO NOT recommend!

This company is all about high pressure sales for services you don?t need or can be done for much less. I got suckered into a maintenance package and dreaded every single visit, knowing they would always find a major problem that wasn?t actually a major problem. Wish we had read reviews more carefully. We had a great experience with the tech who came to routinely service our HVAC, but we also had requested they come flush our water heater. Company didn't get a permit to complete work and now we're held responsible by Albany Building inspections in getting permit for water tank that was done in May 2021
