Beware of Komfort Air aka Service Experts with their payment plan. My water heater had broken and one of their representative came to my home. The rep assured me the whole replacement which also included a lifetime warranty and repair and maintenance was $2400. He said they had a repayment plan with no interest at a rate of $42 a month and I wouldn't be billed until about 3 months. I did mention I had insurance on my water heater but the rep told me my insurance wouldn't cover my heater because it wasn't up to code. It was m... read more

On Friday, 5/7/2021, Church Services' A/C technician, accompanied by an associate, performed an assessment of our 2 home A/C units as requested and scheduled. After an effort to "upsell" me on his recommended improvements/repairs to my less than 4-year old units which I declined, he proceeded to finish his inspection and told me that other than his recommendations, my A/C units were fine responding to my direct question. The company sent two trucks for our service request. One was for the technician who was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem concerning our unit and had ordered the part necessary to fix the unit and told us it would be fixed in two days hence. Along with the technician was a residential Comfort Specialist which was a surprise to me. But a welcome surprise because she communicated to us that she was there to make sure that we, the customer, was fully satisfied with the service visit. *** **

Nevyn & John arrived on time. They worked quietly and efficiently installing a new furnace. They explained all questions. Cleanup was great. It was an enjoyable experience.

i had an ac problem and contacted a local repair company. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem but suggested I contact Church Services since the unit was still under warranty. I was aware of the warranty but because of a bad experience just last summer I did not want to use Church Services. I did call Church Services and again had a bad experience. They acknowledged the parts were covered under the warranty but charged me $1,544.34 for labor which was 2.5 hours. I contacted them for some explanation and got no reason... read more

I needed a new cartridge put in a shower faucet that was leaking. Contacted Falso and they were prompt, but said they charge $100.00 to come out and diagnose the problem. I said ok, and when the plumber came the first thing he said was that Falso doesn't fix Kohler faucets, he then changed the answer to they could fix it but the work would not be guaranteed, and stated I would have to have someone come out to tear out the bathroom wall to get to the pipes. Tremendous service as we take advantage of regular maintenance inspections. They are most reliable, affordable, and professional. I give them my highest recommendation as a quality air-conditioning and heating company. Chuck, serviceman, was polite, respectful and knowledgeable.

Terrible company. Salesman are sent out for technical calls & will tell you to buy new equipment. Quoted 17080.00, after installation the bill was 31000.00. We were told final was 17080 & had to sign iPad due to covid, but got paper to sign upon completion. Contract was changed after we signed. I had them remove the equipment & now have nothing.

This company is a rip off. I was told that I needed a new heat pump for $11,000. There is nothing wrong with my heat pump. The heating worked fine. I needed a spring tune up for the cooling. They came in and said the heat pump would not cool. They did not even check to see if the cooling worked by using the thermostat to see if it would cool when a lower temperature was set. I told them to get out. I put the heat pump in the cooling mode and set the thermostat to a lower temperature. The heat pump successfully cooled the hou... read more
