Get directionsHad them come out to fix a leak at the kitchen sink and a toilet leaking at the base. Sink still leaks and the toilet is loose and leaks worse than it did before their repairs. I will be calling them and expect them to come out again to fix the leaks at their expense.

My wife and I have been using RG Service Experts for 12+ years for all of furnace / AC needs, they offer regular service program AC in the spring and furnace in the fall for one flat rate. The service tech was great. Came in, pointed out that the problem was more than what I had thought and recommended we replace our water heater. No problem. The only comment I will make and this is not a complaint, is for the sake of improving on customer service, don't wait an hour after the appointment time window to call checking that we are home and informing us that a service tech is available and will be sent. I was very disappointed with the sales person Alex M***** who told me that I would not pay for 4 months and no interest being 74 he read this information from his iPad that everything will be ok. told him that I lost my job and would only get SS nothing else.
