I am extremely disappointed in my service, and will not be using Rolf G****** again. The toilet and drain in the downstairs portion of our house has been unable to flush properly, so we called RG. The plumber shows up, has me flush the toilet upstairs, and says that "It's a main line clog. We don't do that." and recommended me another business. After being at my location for less than 6 minutes, he charged me $85, and then has the audacity to leave his business card, as if the service provided was noteworthy.

We had a maintenance check done on our furnace. Our Service Technician, Dalton, did a thorough, clean job. He was able to fix a 'dripping noise' I kept hearing from our furnace and explained in detail what he was doing. He also offered up some additional suggestions - a 17 gallon Bypass Humidifier or a Powered Humidifier, but was not at all pushy. Good manners! We declined at that time as financially, it would be a bit of a stretch for us at the moment. This is a good company.

I used this company to get a brand new heat and air system about three years and it has been one thing after another. I am still dealing with things from their aftermath of getting my system put in. I have made numerous calls and always hear the I will check and speak to my manager and get back with you and never hear anything back. I spent 20 thousand dollars with them to have damaged things in my house from their workers that they refuse to fix that I have tried to get fixed from day one and even with their changed managem... read more

From the office employees, technicians and sales consultants....always professional, skilled and courteous !! Covid19 protocols in place . Latest work was a new hot water tank but I have had a new AC and furnace from them.

A one star review was the only way I had the option of writing a review. I was completely lied to when I purchased my new systems. Several times I have tried to get accurate information about their billing practices without success. Today I was advised that I would be paying more then double the amount that the salesman had advised. Be careful with their paperwork and all of their false promises.
