I called again at 4pm since I had not heard from them and this lady looked it up and assured me that they would get to me. (Notice that I called them not them letting me know). I did not want to even give this company a star but had to so I could write my review. Called on Thursday as we were having an issue with our HVAC system. The woman I spoke to stated that there was an opening for that evening and she would call me between 5 and 5:30 PM to give us the tech's ETA. Technician Houston was on time, he was friendly, very professional and had been very well trained. Within 30 minutes he understood heating issues and went over options with explaining in detail what needed to be done. He was a first rate technician.

Great Service so far, (2 years) but the sales rep should have been upfront with the pricing. I found out a couple of months ago, after talking to a receptionists at a local branch, that i would never own my AC unit. The sales rep stated (2 years ago) that it would be a monthly cost for 10 years, leaving me to think that after that, I would be done and own it...just like anything else we purchase in this world. The best thing Komfort Air did was hire Jason, Sales Rep., George and Daniel Installers. All three were professional, kind and understanding. I had been without heat for four years.
