They replaced my compressor without changing the dryer which was bad so AC didn't cool properly. Hired another company to find out why AC not working. They said the dryer was original to the unit and should have been changed when the compressor was changed. The manufacturer gives you a dryer when you buy the compressor because they recommend you change it to protect the compressor. The second company told me to call them back and fix it. Outstanding service with great customer care, that is what JD ******* provided to me and my family. He was extremely professional and attentive to my immediate need(s), and able to identify and anticipate future needs. JD listened, made suggestions and explained the products offered and how they would benefit our household. I'm afraid I must agree with many of the other reviews posted here. I had 1 week left on my two year service contract when the office contacted me. I was appreciative they let me know my contract was almost expired, and immediately made an appointment. Since this was my last service visit, (as I did not plan to renew the contract), I asked that the technician be told I wanted the indoor coils cleaned. when the tech showed up, although he was very personable, he told me I was out of contract and that it would be $250. to clea... read more
I have used Service Experts for years and never been disappointed! Done right, on time, and professionally. I don't use anyone else!
my ac was bit coming so I turned it off. When Strand Brothers came out the technician he asked that I turned the unit back on. The AC started right back up. Technician said he could not find the reason why except I was 2 pounds lie in Freon. I paid him and he left. Two weeks later the AC did the same thing. I called Strand Brothers and asked if they would put the 2 pounds of Freon in the unit. The lady answering the phone would not give me a straight answer.
