*********** has the worst air duct "cleaning" and management I've ever experienced! I was quoted 2 different prices and told that the "Up to $200 off" was really only a 30% off coupon. Technicians were a no call, no show. Technicians finally came and were recorded by my security cameras looking at their phone while "cleaning" my ducts. I received a routine maintenance back in September. I also had a coupon for the service ($ 50 bucks off) and they overcharged me and then credited me back relatively quickly. I have, since then, received notices of past due amounts for that $50.00 and called in over 8 times to their office now. Our dishwasher wasn't working so the Pink Plumber sent Mr. Darrin R. to our home within an hour of our request. Mr. Darrin was friendly and knowledgeable and after patiently listening to my horrible explanation of what was happening, he knew exactly where to start and what to fix. It took just a few minutes and the dishwasher works flawlessly again! Ryan was our Plumber and he did an A+++ job. I am extremely satisfied. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, friendly, he explained the job thoroughly, and did an excellent job, (fixing my kitchen sink, and pipes underneath). I am very happy with this company and will definitely be using them in the future for my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

Called for possible wax ring leak and was told all of my plumbing needed to be redone and we were at risk for methane gas leaking from pipes. Estimate is cost $15K but would give me a disc. to $12.5K . Had Dallas Plbg and American Leak Detection come out and I had no leaks even under pressure. Totally disappointed in what was an honorable family business before it was sold. We are disabled seniors and this could have been a very expensive unnecessary waste of our savings. Shame on ****&sons!
