RIP OFFS! So my grandfather's water heater went out and he didn't have the money for a brand new one. So he went with Stevonsons advantagerent program where he rents his water heater and pays less than $25.00 a month for it. The deal was that if he rented it, they would come fix it for free if he had any issues with it and replace it with a new one every 10 years. MY TECHNICIAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND PERSONABLE. HE GAVE THE JOB AT HAND 100% OF HIS TIME/ATTENTION AND DIDN'T LEAVE MY HOME IN DISARRAY!

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Given a 4 hour window, never showed up, rude contacts at the company, never attempted to get a plumber out the next day with any regard to my schedule, they just call and at their convenience try to send someone with no notice . Absolutely terrible service , not the same company it used to be . It has been sold and is no longer a family based local company and it shows in everything about this company!

I had r&m service so called experts put a heat and air unit in rental house Dylan ******* was the sales person first they starting lying from the moment I met them suppose to have 3 days to retract the contract but lying Dylan knew I was at work and he called an had some to cancel and wanted to know if he could go ahead with I agreed on a time left work to meet them after hours of waiting I had to called the tenant to come home from work she as a single mom left her work still a couple hours no show finally come with a giant... read more

Matt the service tech, came to check out the humidifer that was not working, he determined it was the service board and said he would order a new one and return once he had the part, price was about $200.00. He returned the following day with the part, he said that he had been thinking about the problem and wanted to check something before he installed the part. He checked the wiring and found the problem. No charge. One of the reasons we have been with Golden Seal for over twenty years.

I was very pleased with my annual furnace inspection by Zach Nov 19, He was very courteous. He found that my heat exchanger failed, and had Ryan talk to me about options. With Ryan, I decided to get a new furnace, AC, and water heater. On Nov. 20, Chad, Ryan, and Devin installed all 3 units. They got here at 9 and finished at 2:15. I was impressed with their knowledge and courtesy. I would highly recommend Rolf ******* to my friends. All five of the service technicians were outstanding.
