Ephantus was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He never tired of answering my questions and explaining, in detail, the work that he did. I also really liked and appreciated the text messages from the company letting me know that Ephantus was not only on his way, but including a photo of him. Everyone, from beginning to end, was top notch.

Service Experts was able to fit me in on standby same day on a busy day when most people were first turning their heat on. The technician, Ricky, did a fantastic job! He was personable, explained the situation very well, and was trustworthy from the start. Due to a scheduling conflict, Ricky was at the house before I arrived and was patient and understanding of the situation. After calling around I realized that getting my septic pumped was going to start around $300; regardless of this advertised $149. Since it had been over 10 years I wasn't expecting it to be cheap. Cody & Aaron arrived, explained the procedures, got to work & did a great job. It's been one month and they have not completed the service that was promised.I believe I was deceived by the salesman. I found out that they did not do the ductwork under my house but placed only one new duct. They were taking me for almost $13,000 when every other air-conditioning business in Florida is running at the highest 6000 and that is for a complete unit and ductwork. So far no one has called me back. I have been told I can get out of the contract but I must purchase the Air conditioning unit at the cost they set. ... read more

Cody and David were very professional and explained very carefully what they were doing and why it needed to be done. I thought the charge was going to be 150.00 and quickly it went to 350.00. They gently explained what the problem was and I gave permission to have the work done. The final bill was a tad over 7,000.00. What a shock!!!!! I now know that I avoided a big disaster in my house if the work was not done I now have a state of the art septic system and no worries that I will not have an over flow into my house.
