They are pricey. I had a new system furnace & air conditioning + a new water heater. It came to just shy of $12,000. 2 months later I could not get it to cool my house. They took out a 3 1/2 ton & put in a new 2.5 ton. After several service calls, I told them that I paid for a 3 ton. After doing some research, they put in the wrong one. Great experience. Had a waterline leak over the weekend TJ came out on Sunday night and then made adjustments to his schedule to fit me in 1st thing in the morning. Full replacement of PB line (I couldn't believe this stuff was still out there!). He was pleasant and very good about explaining to me what needed to be done and what he was going to do. Dan M from Admiral Plumbing Service was wonderful! He inspected my leaking toilet, told me what was wrong , gave me a price and quickly repaired it. Without me even asking or knowing until he left, he also repaired the toilet roll holder in the bathroom. He then inspected and adjusted my garbage disposal and also gave me great information on how to prevent the icemaker in my freezer from overproducing ice and dumping it at the bottom of the refrigerator. Ricky ****** was the 5th technician that came to my home in 14 months after Air Pro in Tad Wv did a horrible installation job. Mr. Payton diagnosed the problem right away and did not leave until my AC was working in top notch condition. Thank you Ricky and Teays Valley Service.

Terrible company, i bought a airconditioner 7 years ago and got service warranty. After the first year they started finding major problems. I would call and get a second opinion and found out they were overpriced and not necessary. I think they use the service warrenty just to find issues where they can scare the consumer into getting parts and labor not really needed. The last three times, they tried to sell a new unit, but it works fine. I had an issue with it not draining and leaking on the roof. They couldnt unplug the l... read more
