I just found out from my elderly neighbor that orangutan charged them 19,000 for one new air conditioner on a 1600 sq ft home. The one they replaced was only ten years old. I paid 8000 for the same air conditioning unit from a reputable company.

I bought 2 complete air conditioning units, including air handlers from Orangutan in July 2010 for about $19,000. The system came with a twice-yearly seasonal maintenance check-up for 10 years. I subsequently renewed it for an additional 7 years. For the most part I was fairly happy with the maintenance service. However, many of the technicians Orangutan sent out to service my air conditioners were inexperienced. This was supposed to be a free estimate for a reroute of my water line. their plumber found that the leak was not from the meter to the house, but between a cutoff valve and front hose bib. This potentially saved me a lot of money which was good. He then checked the water pressure which I knew was low, he wanted to charge one hundred dollars to increase it, told him the work was done by my home warranty and could not let him touch it. I have used The Pink Plumber for many problems I have had around my house and they never disappoint with their repairs. Always on time and the repairs are excellent and they always clean up the area they were working on before they leave. I would definitely recommend this company. I would give them an A+ for sure.
