The Pink Plumber technician was awesome! He was honest, friendly and, he explained all of my issues. If I ever need a plumber problem, it will be the Pink Plumber!!!
Mr. Jack R*** was on time, very nice, respectful, knowledgeable and fixed our problem. He knew exactly what to do and quickly went to work. He was very professional and I recommend him for your next pluming project.
Way after dark, during the night of a heat wave, technician Cory came to fix our problem. Competent and efficient, Cory was able to diagnose the problem and swap out the defective part for a spare he carried in his truck. We really appreciated his prompt service. These people certainly receive my recommendation. You can't always find service as good as this.

Excellent company from the point of connecting to doing the completed work. Darin R. is a superlative plumber with experience and know how. Not only does he know his business he is personable and professional. He advised me on which product to purchase for the three (3) new toilets and worked hard and efficiently to complete the job. I had my upstairs air conditioner go out just as the outside temperature hit 95* in the shade ( timing is everything right ). I waited over the weekend to avoid the overtime charges. On Monday I called and set up a service for 2:00 to 4:00 pm with Donelson Air Service and they were prompt in arriving. The technician was polite and friendly. He went about looking for the problem. I followed him outside to the condenser unit .The fan on the blower was not working. He gave it a nudge with a screwdriver and it started right up. ... read more
