The technicians have always been extremely nice. However, the company only seems interested in pushing you to renew the warranty agreement and/or purchase a new system. In May 2018 they stated a new condenser fan motor was needed and quoted me a price of $648. They suggested I look into replacing the condenser and coil and would quote me a price. We have been a customer of this company for approx. 15 years. Recently, we needed to purchase a new air cond/heater, attic insulation plus during a time of serious medical recovery of my husband. Not trying to make excuses, but we were emotional, vulnerable and partially distracted. Be VERY specific about who services your equipment or just go to a different company. Ask for Terry and Terry only. He's the only competent technician they have. Called for service because the AC was working fine, but the internal blower wouldn't shut off after cooling was completed. Ryan and Juan did a superb job. They were timely to the job, were neat clean and considerate which wasn't easy due to the large scope of repiping our entire house. They were always pleasant and helpful. They made sure the inconveniences were minimal and that we had water available before they left each day. I recommend them highly.
