This company is horrible. We waited all day and when the technician showed I knew something was wrong. He never shut his truck off walked around my yard and stated that he couldn't find my septic tank. He got mad and left. Terrible customer service no one will call me back.

The Pink Plumber was very responsive. Todd was knowledgable and we had a new water heater within a day. I would recommend.

Jack from the Pink Plumber replaced a leaky water valve in water line in yard. He was very professional, did an excellent job and completed in a timely manner. We were very satisfied.

The two techniciansm Daren and Jens arrived promptly at the beginning of the scheduled window. They provided good information about my options and performed the work quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the service provided.

Like every other company in town, this company is eager to take your money. Very professional and knowledgeable technician *****) who couldn't explain why he was told to charge me $1002.31 to spend 1 hour and 45 minutes fixing my furnace with parts that I supplied. His best attempt was to tell me that it was based on "a standard fee that they charge for customers who supply their own parts," which was in direct conflict to their reaction when I told them on the phone that I had the required parts the day before the technicia... read more

So the company did contact me and I explained to them that I was working out of town and did not have time to schedule multiple appointments and pay multiple service fees until I found a company that had integrity. I explained to them that I knew exactly why they were overcharging me for labor, which was because I had taken away their ability to overcharge me for parts. Dear Customer Care, We were scheduled today for between 2 and 4:00 P.M. I waited until after 5:00 P.M. before calling I know jobs ahead of me can take longer. A phone call from them would have been nice to tell me of the delay before I had to call to ask. The customer care agent stated she had been calling people for over thirty minutes and that she just hadn't got to me yet. Scam alert: I purchased a Lennox AC and furnace from Service Experts during the summer of 2019 for 8k (on sale price). In 2019, I spent over $1,000 to repair the unit for additional and preventable repairs. Service Expert sold me items known to be defective! I learned that a class action lawsuit was won against the manufacturer for the unit's evaporator coil only six months prior to me purchasing the AC and furnace. Saturday June 29th Service tech arrived my evaporator was frozen he arrived fast I called early. He came back after doing another call and diagnosed the problem as a blocked orfice which on my unit is a fixed orfice easily accessible at a threaded fitting. The tech said he could clean it which I encouraged him to do but he would rather replace it.
