Freaking amazing!! Darren was so helpful! You could tell he knows exactly what he's doing and has many years of experience. He was in and out and got the problem fixed quickly. He was so thorough. He truly takes pride in what he does and It's refreshing. Hopefully Everyone at the pink plumber has the same attitude and work ethic as Darren. I'm really thankful for their quick service. I called them to on Nov 14th in the afternoon to check HVAC unit as heating is not working. As i signed a contract with them on March 1st 2019, contract should be valid through Feb 28, 2020. I did putted a condition to bring ladder to access rooftop. They agreed and serviced till whenever they service last time. Our building management mentioned that they will not provide roof access and other units are serviced without any issue and they always access rooftop with ladder. I was very upset with Stevensons. The service person was fine, but for the $99 service visit, I expected a little mmore. I knew that my thermostat wasn't working, and I thought they would replace it for me. But NOOOO. They tried to extort me. They wanted me to sign up for a monthly service agreement, plus I would have to pay around $270 right then. They said the $99 fee would be waived if I did this. I made an appt yesterday with this company for a time slot between 10am-noon. I got a call today at 8:30 saying the technician was ready to come over and that my time slot was scheduled between 9-11am. I called back and said I am not available till 10am at the pre-scheduled time.
