I had a new water heater installed for $1321. After speaking with people I was told I had been way over charged for a 50gal heater. I then decided to call 4 other plumbers " should have done this to begin with" and the most expensive quote came in at $975 for the same Rheem 50 gal tank including an expansion tank, which Admiral said I needed to add which they charged me an additional $175 for. Had them come out to check hot water heater not lighting . Was told tech would be here at 5pm but no tech til 630 pm after I called to find out if they were coming . Tech came in she looked at the heater and found a clogged pilot tube. She removed and clog and reinstalled. After a few days we were smelling gas. When I called Falso they would not come out and said I had to call the fire dept. And clear the area ? All of the technicians that I have had out performing maintenance inspections have been friendly and professional. They have graciously answered any questions I have had and given me sound advice for keeping my HVAC system operating efficiently.

I'm a senior , disabled woman living on a very limited income .. My hot water heater went out Sunday Dec 1 i have been without water since. I haven't been able to find anyone that would allow me to make payments and then i found Service Experts and not only do they allow payments but no money down and it's call Advantage Program. They are a very reliable and honest company, any thing they have do for us in the way of service or repairs has been done correctly. I have recommended them to my neighbor who now uses them for there heating and ac service

Wanted to charge $150 to send a guy out to look at curbing on an AC unit they had botched. When I tried to contact them regarding the issue with the curbing, all of their contact numbers were forwarded to a gentleman that no-longer was employed there. Not very helpful!
