Next day appointment, and they called to let me know technician on the way. The technician explained that he would have to rebuild the faucets to stop the leaking and he provided the price $443. There is a $59 service fee if no work is done. The price seemed a little high but I don't have any other pricing for comparison.
I have been using Golden Seal Service Experts fro 4 years, and am very pleased. Technician Michal has done my last 2 cleaning/checkups, and he is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. Scheduling is always easy, and sales personnel have never been pushy. Highly recommended.

While getting a septic system pump, the team from Pink Plumber discovered serious problems left behind by the previous owner of our home. Justin H. was very thorough and was able to show me the problems in the system at each step in the process, and explain the different ways we could remedy this issue.
We had 2 plumbing issues and were expecting a great deal of expense and time to get them fixed. Jack R. showed up in the time frame given, he asked to see the problems, and gave an understandable explanation of what he needed to do. It took him about 2.5 hours to fix what I thought might take a couple of days and that included a trip to Home Depot. It also cost much less than I was expecting.
