If you ever have an issue with the service from this dealership, do not hesitate to ask to talk to the manager or owner of this establishment.I had an issue the owner was made aware of after the fact and he called us directly and helped solve our issue. That is great customer service.

This is the BEST dealership to work with. We worked with Cale Cross, Bob Hunt and John Potts in finance. Everything that we could have wanted happened. Cale and Bob worked with us for over 5 hours, and when we talked to John in Finance, and he found out how much we wanted an Equinox, he made it happen. Thank you to Cale, Bob and John! So a little over a month ago I brought My 2017 Silverado in because of a check engine light and a knocking nosie. Well to my dismay they still do not know what caused the problem. I have been lied to repeatedly and have no faith at all that if they are able to fix my truck that it will bew done correctly. Saddly I am looking at taking legal action just to get my truck back from Everett chevrolet.
