Horrible experience and treatment from their service department. They know they lost a customer their comment essentially was well your just one customer as if it was ok.

Absolutely incredible car-buying experience. Greg Koenig was, hands down, the best car salesman we've ever had; can't recommend him highly enough. He was completely down-to-earth, knowledgable, professional, not pushy - sensitive to our needs and attentive. We will be coming back to Chevy of Everett (and hopefully Greg!) for years to come for our vehicle purchases. Great experience with some wonderful people that were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I called and spoke with Chelsea who was so friendly and nice on the phone she told me exactly what I needed to do to come on in and they would take care of me she went over and above the line of duty to make sure I understood what to do. Oil change is good but when it came down to other work done on my vehicle which cost me over $400 I took my car home then a day later it was leaking all over my driveway won’t go there again. My breaks are next so I’m going to Monroe dealership
