I have a 2017 Chevy Cruz and it was having some issues. I brought it to the service depot. And Stan helped me. My issue was covered under warranty, they provided me with a loaner car and worked with my hectic schedule. Stan’s customer service skills are impeccable, he was AWESOME! He deserves a raise!!! I will be going back for all of my service and when I am ready to purchase a new car! Thank you!!

I’ve bought quite a few cars in my life and my experience at Chevrolet of Everett with Chris Whitted was the best transaction yet. I’m pretty picky about cars and Chris was very gracious and allowed me to look all over the car while he patiently waited. The transaction went very smoothly despite me giving them an odd trade and they handled it with grace.
