When I first went there their service was amazing. Now for the bad part I initially bought my used car from here (huge mistake) and was told that it had a year warranty. After driving it for only nine months the engine went out. I was put in one of their "rentals" and unfortunately got in a wreck with it (it wasn't my fault).. my insurance covered it... that's what we have it for right? Correct me if I'm wrong. I’ve bought quite a few cars in my life and my experience at Chevrolet of Everett with Chris Whitted was the best transaction yet. I’m pretty picky about cars and Chris was very gracious and allowed me to look all over the car while he patiently waited. The transaction went very smoothly despite me giving them an odd trade and they handled it with grace.
