I went through cars dot com to review and locate another CRV to replace the 2003 model I had and found a 2013 with decent mileage on it at Chevrolet of Everett. I initially worked with Paula over the phone, who was both knowledgeable and friendly. I drove to the dealership the next day. Bill Kern was the salesman I worked with.
