Robert Herrington was my sales consultant when I came in to look at a used Cadillac. He and Terry Paris sat down with me and were very nice on working out a fair price for it. After driving off the lot there was a minor issue with the car and came back the next day. I met Ward Fleischmann who helped me out and had it fixed for no cost. I got to meet their service department, Dan Flora was excellent and even offered to drive me to work while the car was in the shop. I wouldn't recommend the service department to any one. P30 Chevy Van Update after $902.00 total and two days I finally make it home. First day in the troubleshooting mode they replaced the ignition module $585.00 parts and labor later I drive around the parking lot then and it dies before I can leave. So today they replaced the distributor and coil. He didn't set timing right cause it pings on inclines and it's running rich again. Atleast it runs again. The adventure continues.
My experience at Chevrolet of Everett was great. Everyone I met there was nice and professional. The sales person I worked with, Erik, was awesome. He made sure I was where I needed to be as far as payments and really made my car buying experience smooth. Thanks guys! I love my Chevy Cruze!
