We thought the people we dealt with, Wade ( not Mark) and Bob, we're really nice to work with, and felt we were treated fairly and honestly. We do wish there was a way to cut the time to less than 4 hours to trade in and buy a new vehicle. Thanks for helping us through the process. We missed our dinner with family, but missing a meal or two wouldn't hurt us too much.

Next to going to the Dentist ( a great guy by the way ) the next wonderful thing to do is buy a car. Jason Peters and the folks at Chevrolet of Everett changed all that. Jason was great, answered all our questions and got answers for the few he did not know. Everything went very smoothly and picked up our new car a few days earlier than expected. UPDATE: Minutes after posting this I received a call from Dan who heard my frustration and promised to make it right on my next service. I will give him that opportunity. See you next oil change, Dan. I’ve had my vehicle actually FORGOTTEN about not just once but TWICE by the service department! 1st was for an oil change and 2nd was for a check engine light service. I purchased a vehicle from Jason Peters and it was an awesome experience. He went out of his way to make sure that my dealership experience was positive and he nailed it. The managers ( BOB and JOHN) to the finance guys ... they were all exceptional. I'd suggest purchasing from Jason if you're looking for a straight up, tell it like it is deal. No BS here. Great job !

Last week I brought my Trax in for one of my lifetime oil changes and to have it detailed. Dustin Lang my service advisor was great. He kept me updated on time and got a me a shuttle to and from work. Gwen the shuttle driver/warranty clerk was super friendly and prompt. My Trax was beautifully detailed.
