Chevrolet of Everett is a terrible and dishonest company. I bough a new jeep from them and when I brought it in for my first oil change one of their technicians stole my $300 sunglasses as well as not tightening my oil filter all the way. They did not take responsibility and blamed me for losing it, I am very carful with my things and I had them in my car that day. A suggestion from me is never give them your business unless you want things stolen.

This place has the worst customer service on the planet!! I bought a brand new corvette and the motor blows up and over 2 months later it is still in there shop!! They try to blame me saying I used regular gas in it then there service manager tells me GM HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! HE SAYS JUST A CALL CENTER WITH PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONES THAT KNOW NOTHING!! AS SOON AS THE MOTOR WAS TAKEN OUT AND 30 DAYS WENT BY I ASKED FOR A LEMON LAW BUY BACK AND WITH THERE ARROGANCE THEY WOULD NOT HELP AT ALL!!!

My experience with the Chevrolet of Everett was wonderful. I had been looking for a specific truck for three months and stopped into the Chevrolet one day. We were welcomed by Joey who throughout my entire experience kept me updated and checked in. I purchased my first car from Greg at Chevrolet of Everett. It was an excellent no-stress experience! I was looking for a pretty particular car, I wanted a specific color, trim and packages. They did not have exactly what I wanted at Chevrolet of Everett but Greg was able to find the perfect car and get it to the dealership in just a couple of days. And so far the service department seems great! There was some etching on my trim, I brought it by and they got it removed in just a couple of minutes without an appointment!
