Deceptive and NegligentBeware!This dealership misled my husband into purchasing a car by falsely assuring him that he would qualify for the $4,000 tax credit. I took my car in for an oil change and left needing a new engine. My engine was fine when I brought it and when I tried to leave my car was blowing huge clouds of smoke from the exhaust. They are refusing to take responsibility for the mistake and giving us the run around anytime we call. Their story has changed since the first time we talked to them and is very obviously a complete lie. Financed a car from them in early November 2023. A 2010 ****** Impreza. When I test drove the car it was smoking from the hood. I mentioned this to the salesman to which he had it taken in to be looked at by service. The service man reassured me that the smoke was just residual oil burning off from them just doing an oil change. I proceeded with purchasing the car. I initially gave CHEVROLET OF EVERETT a good review and within two days of purchasing a car-this happened!Initially: We got a call from Kaelob + were told that the car we ordered in February wasn't even on the "to get made line" and they had a car with the features we wanted but it was a different color. We didn't care about the color. It's a 2023 Bolt. The Bolt we were shown didn't have the features we ordered, We were told: the car we ordered would likely never be made. I had a really great experience at this dealership. Jadivah very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond with all my requests. I felt very comfortable and unpressured the whole time. Once the deal was made, the document signing with Nicholas was extremely efficient, yet thorough. There were even plenty of activities to entertain my 3 kids. I was in and out in just 2 hours. They gave me a really generous trade in value. Thankful for such a hassle-free process and I love my new van!

Outstanding experience today with Chevrolet of Everett when purchasing a new-to-us vehicle. Erik, Drew, Areli and everyone was great to work with. I worked with them from out of state. They sent videos, called, and made sure all my questions were answered. I flew in, test drove, signed papers and left within 30 min. Efficient and Professional. And the vehicle was better than I expected. Grateful for the honesty. I will be checking with them first the next time I am purchasing! Thank you!

No one would get back to me on a break down of the numbers for days, And kept getting emails from them saying they are interested to buy my vehicle, keep telling them won't sell, just trade. Then when a deal was made, DREW TODD refused to send a purchase order to me/my bank so I can get the financing through my bank, so I can get the low loan rate and payment I want, wants it done in house, through them, witch my bank said it does not garenteed to be the same as what we talked about.
