I was in town on Saturday for the Illinois Marching Band competition. My low tire pressure light came on in the car. Not being from the area, I decided take my Escape to Champagne Ford City to see if they could at least fill the tire so I could get home. I arrived 15 minutes before closing. They checked my tires, and found one had a nail in it. Just got my first oil change on my new car. It took over 15 minutes for someone to wait on me as there were only 2 service managers at the desk. THe oil change took a reasonable time.
This visit was a recall, but was handled in a timely fashion and around my schedule. Thanks for being a caring bunch.
