I Love Ford city and my Lincoln MKZ H20, Matt always greets us with a smile and great attitude. I didn't know that a dealership could be so honest, Friendly and such a great reputation for their maintenence dept. You go Guys and Gals!
Purchased a used truck wasn't at the dealer 8 to 10hrs like others they went above and beyond to help get into a nice truck. Will start having my vehicles serviced there.
The service center is great. They are fast, professional, friendly, and don't treat me like I'm stupid. I wish the sales department was as good as the service department.
I just received (knocked it out of the ballpark service) from Matt Odom at Ford City. Purchased new tires, oil change in record time with a personal drop off and redelivery to my business. Thanks Matt!
