I drove in @ 7:01 and was told it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change?!???!Went back @ noon and walked out @ 2:00! Seriously, 2 hours for an oil change?? Never again ~ especially when I heard the young man up front telling others they were short staffed?? Yeah, I guess so.....believe me, I won't be back!

We've all had that experience where we went to a dealership to have work done and walked out regretting we ever set foot into the place. This is one of those places! My daughter went in for service and came back to find not only did they not have the part in stock, but there was damage on the hood of her car that absolutely was not there when she drove in! Horrible customer service!! We drove an hour to purchase a truck from this dealership. We were lied to about the condition of the car and had already obtained a loan from the bank since we thought the vehicle was a certain way based on emails with a salesman. Took off a day of work and burned a tank of gas and all they could say was umm sorry.. I would not recommend my worst enemy to purchase a car with this dealership.
