I just traded for a 2012 Ford Expedition Limited. My salesman was Cody Warmoth, a great guy and good to work with. They were patient with me while I waffled back and forth about a couple details on the trade, but finally decided to finalize the deal. There were no high pressure tactics to sell me this vehicle, which I enjoyed as well. I'm a fan, and have been a fan of their service department for some time for service on my 08 Expedition.

We were very pleased with the service we got from Ford City AND from our service rep, Matt Odom. He stayed in touch with us while our car was being serviced stating what the problem was and what they were doing to correct it. Matt knew that having our vehicle in the shop was an inconvenience for us and did what he could to accommodate us. 👍🏼
I think Champaign Ford City has the best service department around!! Always on time, always get the job done the first time. Matt Odom is the best. He even arranged to have my car delivered to me at work on a day when I couldnt break away to come get it. Thank you all so much for the great service.
Went to Ford City today to get my car serviced. As usual, I received fast, professional service from Matt and the rest of the service department. I got an oil change, tire rotation, air filter and new wiper blades. I came in without an appointment and was in and out in a little over an hour. Very happy with the fast and friendly service I received and all without an appointment. Thank you Derek, Matt and the rest of the service departnent!
The service work was great. The Taurus was cleaned inside and out. We'll certainly be back.
