Always an excellent experience in the service department! Matt, and Todd, and CJ are always extremely helpful! Usually in and out for an oil change in under an hour. Great job guys!

Very disappointed in Ford City. My husband and I purchased a Ford Focus about a year 1/2 ago. We traded it in yesterday and were notified when the dealership pulled the car fax that it had been in an accident. We were not told about this accident. Due to he accident it lowered the value of the car (by $1000) which should have also lowered what we paid for the car. I like going to Champaign Ford City, because, all of the people that work there are very friendly and all want to help me have a pleasant time while I am there. The work that is done is done quickly and done right. I have no complaints at all.
I stopped as I was traveling through on a 9 hour trip because my battery light came on. Everyone was super friendly, and they had me back on the road within an hour. I needed my connections tightened, and they did that and topped off my fluids and didn’t charge me anything. Very nice waiting room with a separate area for kids to play. Everyone wished me safe travels as we left. High quality staff and service. Thank you!
First and only major car dealer that I can honestly say is GREAT! Mary Tate is a fabulous service rep! Don't know how competitive Ford City is with car sales, but the service is really top notch.
