So everyone at Ford City in Champaign IL has been great. They have gone above and beyond to help us. Ethan Wolff has done more then anyone would have expected. After getting towed in on Saturday they could of had us right where they wanted but didn’t take advantage of us. It is not near home (KS) but if you ever find your self in Champaign IL and need your car fixed or need to buy a new one hit them up.

Thank you to two gentlemen in the service department(I didn’t catch their names)who helped me with my Ford Fiesta today. I was on my way to an interview when my car started to overheat and I just happened to be a block away. They told me to pull it in and they added coolant and sent me on my way. They could have easily told me to make an appointment and they’d look at it when they could, but they took a few minutes to help me out and I truly appreciate it!! You truly saved the day!
