My wife and I went to Champaign Ford City to purchase a couple new vehicles and initially had a bad experience. However, Tim and Walt called us to make the situation right. Both apologized for the interaction and asked for the opportunity to make it right and they surpassed our expectations. My wife is walking away with a beautiful vehicle and we couldn’t be happier.
