I went to Ford City to sell my 2016 Toyota Rav4. Kbb gave me a cash offer and I was soon contacted by Todd from Ford City. he explained the process to me and after he took my car for a test drive he offered me even more money than Kbb's offer which was amazing. They were very helpful with finding me new tires and the service department had them installed very quickly.
I always come here for my regular maintenance , they are always kind and courteous. I recently needed to replace my wiper fluid nozzles and they didn’t have the part that day, but they had it ordered and in by the following morning. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes because they knew I needed to be at work shortly. I greatly appreciate the great workers these guys do! John was fabulous, keep up the great work!

Repairs covered by warranty, result in "warranty effort" in service. Meaning a second trip to finish job because they failed to test drive after "repaired" and didn't tighten anything. Use lots of excuses as to why its not their fault.
They keep my car dependable and looking great!
