RecommendedJust purchased a new Edge ST on Saturday. Had no intention of buying that day, but Ethan Wolff and Dean Carlson made the right deal, Levi Miller was very pleasant in finance, and when I brought a minor concern to their attention today, Dean and Walt Hoult (G.M.) went far above my expectations to satisfy me. I will remember their outstanding efforts for my future purchases.
Todd and his team were fantastic. They helped me with my car and mad accommodations as I needed them. They communicated with me throughout the process and explained everything. They looked at everything I asked them to and even let me space out the repairs so that I wasn't without my car for an entire week. 5/5.

Thanks to Todd and the crew for getting my 2019 F350 back on the road. My truck had a shimmy in the steering since it was new, which lead to the scary death wobble. Ford City service got it fix within the day once the parts were in. The department has great friendly customer service. Ford City takes care of of my truck's maintenance and does a great job.. We had a great experience with Ford City in Champaign this week as we traded in a truck for a new one. The salesman, Jeremy, was able to locate what we wanted at another dealership and within minutes was willing to make a deal that we could not refuse. The finance manager Jim made the paperwork process easy and even changed the financing to go through another lender at our request. Me and my husband went in on December 7 2019 and we was wanting to trade our car in. At first the sales men was nice showed us a car we loved. But when I told him we had no money to put down he acted like he couldn't help us anymore. We done a application he didn't even ask for our check stubs.We sat there for what felt like forever then he came to us told us we could leave and he call us with a answer.
