Went in for an oil change today and I would like to thank Matt Odom for excellent service. My car was cleaned up and ready to go before I knew it. I will definitely be back.

Thank goodness for Champaign Ford City! I needed my car for a long drive for vacation and waited until the last minute to get service done. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment to get an oil change AND new tires! I would recommend everyone I know go to them for their automotive needs!
Long story but they had my sister's car for 7 months due to a recall and she went there to pick it up after it was FINALLY fixed and they said that her battery and oil needed changed. The battery and oil were fine 7 months ago when she dropped her car off to get fixed. They changed the oil and battery and charged her for it. My father attempted to talk to the manager and he was very RUDE. I am currently in the market for a new car. I will definitely NOT go here and hope my friends and family think twice before going here too... read more
Purchased a used car here last week....they worked with me and gave me a really good deal. They even went above in beyond afterwards to fix a noise in the front end and didn't charge me a dime even though I didn't have a warranty. I will go back for future car purchases.
What a great experience! Found the truck I wanted on the web. Contacted the dealership before 9am and even though most of the salesmen hadn't arrived to work yet got to talk with Anthony and got the process started. Made an appointment for a few hours later, because that's what fit into my schedule, and had a new truck just after lunch! Got a great deal on a great truck with absolutely no hassle or trouble! All the folks I got to talk with were sincere and genuinely interested in helping make my experience great! Well done!!

Ive had my truck at ford city twice in the last year for front end work.I just took it back for a third time with the same problem and was told that the damage done was not related to the work they did even though they had the entire front end taken apart three months ago. My family has bought several new and used vehicles from ford city but we will never go back to them!
