TERRIBLE experience here. Rated it the other day, but somehow my comment disappeared. Like most hospitals, run solely on fear of malpractice suits and not at all by patient care. Staff does their best within the limitations set by the attorneys. I invited--several times--the attorneys to come visit me and see the actual conditions. Not surprisingly, none came. BEST HOSPITAL AROUND. I DRIVE AN HOUR AND A HALF ONE WAY JUST TO CONTINUE CARE THERE. this hospital saved my daughter's life when she was 6 weeks old. this hospital also saved my son's life when born 13 weeks early. love the staff as well.!
Ever since they went to Northwestern their billing department is a nightmare you can’t get any answers ,you can’t get anyone to talk to ,you have to make 12,000 calls and be on the phone for hours it’s ridiculous!!!!! All the buttons to push is crazy!!!! I’ve been going to this hospital for 30 years!!!
