My son Matteo was treated in the NICU department until he was 2 weeks old. The staff was absolutely amazing! We remained informed at all times during our entire two week stay, they referred us to the RMH and made the best out of our not so wonderful experience due to my sons illness..

Arrived at the ER only because urgent care is no longer to run certain scans/tests. By this time, I am in serious pain and the front desk attendants were flippant and extremely rude. I had some concerns about the wait time and was basically told it didn't matter. I'm still sitting here waiting, my blood pressure is elevated and my level of pain has increased. I am so incredibly thankful that my daughter ended up at this hospital this week. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Thank you for the around the clock care. You’re simply the best. ❤️

I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! Worst manners and really don’t feel I got good answers! This place is absolutely awful. 3rd floor interventionist neuroradiogy is the WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! You need neurological stuff done DO NOT GO HERE! I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. They don’t deserve it!
