The doctors we’ve seen have been top notch! The support staff have been professional yet friendly. If you’re hungry or thirsty, stop into the cafeteria which is AMAZING! � This has been an all around good experience each time we were there!
NW Medicine has the absolute WORST billing department. They set up a payment plan for me after a visit to CDH and it has been a nightmare since. They have changed my payment amount WITHOUT notifying me a few times. My payment is set up on an auto draft, just like all my other bills and somehow they are the only ones having an issue. I get threatened with collections all the time and have had my account sent to collections on a few occasions without having missed a payment. NWMCDH IS THE BEST HOSPITAL IN THE REGION
I went in for Stomach Pains and Blood. We waited for hours while I was in Pain and puking. Was finally admitted, they kept telling me you have to get up, walk, eat,you will feel better. I did and Everything just got worse except one day then It went Downhill. They told me oh you Can go Home after day 5 there, I clearly was Very Sick and Couldn’t go home. I was there for 12 Days and they Did Nothing. I was finally transferred to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago And was in surgery within 24 hours. I was 8 hours Away f... read more
