Very disappointed in the extreme lack of professionalism by the people that answer the phones. The woman picked up the phone and made a snide and snooty comment about how 'this person just called'. Not only did I tell her I would be calling back as I confirmed schedules, it shouldn't matter if I call back 5 times in a row. Each call should be handled courteously and professionally. Guess we dont need chemo to leave a bad taste in our mouths...the lady answering the phone can do the job for us.
