Casteel has been tkingbcare of my hearing and air for over 5 years and I have been extremely pleased with their service and technicians every time. They are on time and provide great service. Ricardo was efficient and professional. I always trust their work.
Scott was thorough and professional. He did a great job cleaning the coils on the compressor, as they had gotten residue from the bushes surrounding them. Of course the listed items to check were all covered as well. Casteel is not the cheapest company, but they do deliver excellent service. You do get what you pay for.
Very timely and professional. We already had them provide us with a new unit 3 years ago and we will do so again. Jason, our technition, was knowledgable and helpful. Will recommend to anyone in need of heating or cooling.
