My repair appointment was moved up (thank goodness). I had to rush from my job in Buckhead didn't think I would make before the technician arrived and I didn't. Scott called me to gain insight on what was wrong with my AC unit. I explained over the phone what happened. He called me when I was almost there to explain what he found and the repair cost I approved the issue was repaired by the time I arrived. He was performing a system check when I arrived home. Jimmy did a great job of explaining the current problem with my system and offering a solution. He then thoroughly checked-out the other units and provided a status update on everything. He is very knowledgeable and able to communicate in a way that I (not an hvac person), could easily understand. I have complete confidence in Jimmy and in Casteel. And - yay! - My home is nice and cool in this June heat! Thank you Casteel!
Lamar was very professional and provided me with choices regarding replacing my AC unit.
It was a relief to get the a/c unit fixed the same day we called which was a very hot. Zach, the technician, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant even at the end of his very long day!
