I read the great reviews Casteel gets, and I have used them a few years ago and was impressed. My A/C wasn't cooling. Tech came out for the $89 service visit. He was very informative and told me a lot about my system. Also told me that to find the source of the problem a leak check would need done, and if the problem is found during a basic leak check it would be free, but if it required a more in depth leak check charges of over $200 would apply.
