Casteel installed our furnace and we called them due to it not working. They responded quickly. The tech even went to pick up the part and came back within 20 minutes to install. The best news was that it was covered under warranty. We were very pleased with Casteel.
greg did an awesome job with my HVAC. Cleaned it with a flush and it runs like new. pricing is very competitive also!!!

So our air conditioner, and furnace, all went out in the last six months. You know that's a big payment each month, but we should have a new system - Casteel installed. Last week it stopped working, someone came out next day and told me about all sorts of installation issues made, but he fixed them. It's not working again today. We called them and they can't get someone out here until Wednesday and the only person available today is their dispatcher, despite advertising as "always open."
