Have always liked and enjoyed everything about Casteel's service. Ricardo came to our house on Friday, July 29, 2016 and took amazingly great care of me, Bob Roesch, and our air conditioning systems. Very personable, knowledgeable, caring and concerned. Casteel is fortunate to have such a great technician and representative as Ricardo. Ricardo needs to be my personal Casteel home technician. Love Casteel! Since we bought our units from them a few years ago, we have had ZERO problems. The service technicians are always honest, identifying any potential problems they see, but never pushy. We're customers for life.
Ben came out and replaced the ductwork damaged in our recent flood. He is a good egg! Very hard worker and did a solid job for us and we appreciate it!
Terry took his time to check our AC units very thoroughly and identified the problem pretty quickly. It was so hot outside but he still made sure everything was okay. Thanks for having such great technicians!
Jimmy, our technician, was thorough in investigating our AC problem, explaining it to us, and resolving it!
