Jason, the service technician, was knowledgeable and professional!
We called Casteel in May to come out and get a quote... paid them and got one and then have not been able to get them to come back to do the work since then or refund us for the quote. We've called numerous times and they've said they need to talk to the specialist and they'll call back but do not. They also told us they would be by last Tuesday and never showed up or called. Now we have to get another company to come out. Thanks for taking $$$ for nothing!
Michael Page did a great job servicing my HVAC system. He arrived on time and was efficient in his work. He was very professional and explained everything to me thoroughly. I highly recommend Casteel and Michael Page.

I contacted Casteel after my husband heard a radio ad. I called and was able to schedule an appointment with ease. By the next morning, Mr. Matthew was there at my front door greeting me with very polite, hello. He answered every question I had and was very knowledge when answering. He understood my situation and gave me the options I had. I appreciate him taking the time out to listen and not try and rush me into a decision. Recently had the entire system replaced. The installers, Michael and Conner were great. Based on the current performance of the new system, we should have replaced the old one sooner. Sales to installation, the process was great.
