Very professional and responsive
Install was quick and clean. Unit has only been in one month and is working fine. I'll make another review in 11 months after some experience.

Casteel was very helpful both on the telephone and in person. The technician who serviced my house was very professional and friendly. They completed the job as quickly as possible. All of this was done according to the estimate, which came in at several thousand dollars less than a competitor's estimate.
Very pleased. technician arrived when scheduled completed check up on my 1 year old system and found everything operating correctly.
Casteel sent a very knowledgeable and professional technician to service my AC units. Mr. Cole ****** took the time to explain his inspection in detail and answered all question to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.
Casteel put in a new HVAC system a few years back and it has worked great ever since and we always take advantage of the deal to have system looked at and tune up before summer,the service people and the telephone operators are all very friendly and courteous. if my neighbors ever have trouble I always tell them to call Casteel.
