I am really pleased with the service I received with the Electric Service. I purchased a surge protector and a FREE electrical safety inspection (Henry ********* was great)... I am still on the fence about the Heater and A/C tune up I purchased... Not sure if I got my moneys worth and the second guy that came out only stayed for 5 minutes to look over the work of the first person did... They used to vacuum the ducts but they stopped doing that. (that is what the second guy said) Anthony (the second guy) seemed to be in a rus... read more

I had a great experience with Casteel electrical department recently. Henry H******** and his assistant were knowledgeable and very efficient. They did a great job making me feel safe in my home. They fixed problems, they updated things that needed updating, and, discovered a few unknown issues that needed attention. I would definitely want to work with them again

I was very satisfied with the service I received. It had been 3 years or more since anyone had checked anything on it and your service guy checked it out and added Freon. Very pleased and would recommend Casteel to anyone.

I have had 2 mantenance service agreement calls and was very pleased with both. My furnace was previously installed by another company. Each time, the Casteel employee told me my HVAC system was in great condition. They told me what else I could add to the system but did not pressure me to buy anything. That tells me they are trustworthy.
