Rachel and Mary, in the office, are true professionals and go the extra mile to give excellent service. "Amazing care" are more than just mere words to this company.
Recently had a furnace inspection. Zabed was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some recommendations for my system. I'll be reaching out to Casteel in the near future to replace one of my old, outdated units.
I am truly happy to have Casteel available. They installed my furnace 6 years ago and my AC about 4 years ago. They did a terrific job. This week I had a plumbing issue and thought I'd try them out, bring unhappy with other providers. They sent Kevin to my house who was very knowledgeable and capable. The fee was so reasonable and service completed competently. I will be reaching out to them about tankless hot water heating now. Great service folks.

Great prices, very friendly, showed up on time and were great to communicate with us about our appt times and what we wanted to do, great wealth of knowledge and were able to solve a problem for us about how to get Heat and AC into 2 rooms that had no ductwork that stumped a couple other companies.
