My hot water heater busted after 20 years and so I got some estimates to replace it. Kevin with Casteel was very knowledgeable about the different products I could go with and about getting all my lines up to current code. He did the work and cleaned up behind him like he was never there. He tested all the spouts before leaving and showed us how to work the new Rinnai system. Very professional. Great job done. Will definitely use Casteel in the future.

We recently purchased a new HVAC unit through Casteel. Daniel and Julio arrived on time, they explained the process of installation, they listened to our concerns, and completed the job efficiently. I'd recommend Casteel for your HVAC needs.
I had two AC units installed a few years ago and they did a fantastic job. I rated them fair now because I contacted them for an estimate to do our basement and the sales person never responded. The office called to tell me he would be contacting me but the sales person must have so much business he couldn't bother. Its been a week now.
Recently bought our second HVAC system from Casteel. From 1st call through final installation very impressed with the customer service. Eric came to the house was knowledgeable, professional and very straight forward with information. The installers Heisen / Lamar installed the new system and worked like a team. They communicated everything that would take place and explained what would happen during the time they were at the house. Thomas was professional and knowledgeable about our particular heating systems. He explained the needed work and offered me several options allowing me to chose what best fit our budget and at the same time ensuring our systems would function well through the cold season. I would highly recommend Casteel.
