They used to be a 5 star company. but have changed from a customer service centric organization to a "Sell and dont service" company. They have installed a new unit 2 years ago, and it broke down every AC season. They service my rental properties, and after every seasonal service, the units break down. They will be replaced
I can't get service on a 17 thousand dollar unit installed less than a year old. I think waiting 6 days tells me the customer isn't important.
We found Casteel as the end result of a bad experience with another service provider. We were without air condition for days and found Casteel via the internet and our real estate agent. Once we were in contact with Casteel, we had our AC back up and running within 24 hours. In Georgia, our temp yesterday was 95 and today was very close. Tonight, we will sleep in comfort again. Thanks Doug, Casteel and the entire team!! You guys are amazing.
I've been using Casteel for the past three to four years mainly for my annual HVAC tune-ups. Although they have done electrical work for me as well. I've always been satisfied with their service, no complaints. Their technician's seem to be very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, polite and able to answer any questions that I may present to them.
