RecommendedEverything about our experience with Casteel was awesome. Repaiman came out and told us the bad news...a few hours later another man came out to give us the quote....and by 2:30pm the next day...our new furnace, AC unit and ductwork installation was complete. Every contact...repairman, sales and installation...were all just the nicest people. Never again will I use another company. Thank you, Casteel! Y'all ROCK! God bless you!
I wanted to like Casteel. I feel like too much has gone wrong at this point though. I think their techs work hard, but the end result is I haven't been that satisfied. My old unit went out, I paid the "service fee" for some freon, and got it working in a timely manner. He said there was a leak he couldn't pin point, but my unit was 18yrs old so I looked into getting it replaced. It’s kinda crazy to me that a tech came out to our house yesterday and said we needed a new ac but yet won’t provide a quote unless a sales rep comes out. I don’t need to meet a sales rep, I just need something with quotes. The rep on the phone didn’t seem to care and hope y’all are okay with losing a couple thousand in business

I read the great reviews Casteel gets, and I have used them a few years ago and was impressed. My A/C wasn't cooling. Tech came out for the $89 service visit. He was very informative and told me a lot about my system. Also told me that to find the source of the problem a leak check would need done, and if the problem is found during a basic leak check it would be free, but if it required a more in depth leak check charges of over $200 would apply. Repair service was exceptional. The tech got my unit running right for the 1st time in 5 years. Won't be using that other company anymore
