Plumbing department is run by inept people, imo We had no problem with HVAC side, but plumbing is another. Their incompetence cost me right at $3000.00 unnecessarily. I tried to have the VP of operations contact me, I was ignored. All I got was the plumbing manager, tony. No thanks. If my house has flooded, I wouldn’t call Casteel on a bet.

He found several problems with my ac that the previous company’s serviceman did not find- par maybe because he never even looked at it!

They are very prompt and keep you updated when they are on the way. The technicians are very polite and knowledgeable and helpful.
They came and did the heating and AC check up. They went far beyond what we thought they would do. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. Every time Casteel comes they go above and beyond.

Same day service for a leaking pipe. WOW. No extra charge for weekend service. Technician wore mask and gloves. Courteous!

The worse thing you can do is to have Castell to install your unit. We had them install our unit in 4/2018. Within the first month we had issues. After putting in a new unit. That was a defective unit they wanted to repair it. Why would they want to repair a new unit when we paid for a new unit. We have had nothing but problems. I have all my emails and documentation of ALL the times we have done without air. Tonight a tech comes out it’s now the motor. This is so unfair that a company would do that to customers. My A/C unit stop blowing so we placed a service call to Casteel to come and check it out. Within minutes after showing up we were told, "your blower motor is shot, the unit is too old to be repaired and you an entirely new system." A member from their design team was dispatched who stated a new system would cost roughly $6600. We were days away from getting this new system when I called for a 2nd opinion from one of their competitors, who out respect I won't mention.
