RecommendedI had Casteel come out to put a new thermostat.in. The tech was great . He had a personality not an old grump . showed me how to work it. I have no problems with Casteel. Down the road i had to call them back some how i locked the screen. Of course i dint know that . they sent the same friendly professional guy out i had before . What some people dont get is attitude breeds attitude. So if your rude or in a bad mood , the person your dealing with picks up on it and they get the same attitude..........
