RecommendedWe needed to have our AC unit looked @ because it was cool air coming out..but not cold air. I called last night to see if someone could come out and they said someone could come today. We've been using Casteel for probably close to 15 years, and the experience we had today is why we'll continue to use them. Our A/C went out last night, and we were able to get someone out today. Once the problem was diagnosed and I was given the price, I mentioned to our tech, Jason, that we had just had our A/C serviced per our service plan about a month ago, and wondered if this was something that could have been caught then. Working with Casteel was a dream! After dealing with a competitor who was unsuccessful in repairing our furnace to get air in the house when it was 96 degrees, we called Casteel and had air the very next day. Casteel was very affordable and offered us great financing options. Their installation crew was beyond knowledgeable, professional and accommodating in their explanation of our new system! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and the service Casteel offers!
Absolutely, the worst. We have been without air for 2 weeks. It is still not fixed as of today. They have replaced every part on the unit, now saying it must something else not the air conditioner what???. We wanted a new unit installed the 3rd time they have sent someone out said they could not do that. Terrible, they said the first technician they sent was new thats why he missed the real issue. Not sure why the other 4 technicians didn't know what was wrong either.
Happy to add Casteel to my fairly short list of honest, reputable, and knowledgeable contractors.

I can't get service on a 17 thousand dollar unit installed less than a year old. I think waiting 6 days tells me the customer isn't important.
